Data storage and isolation
Your data lives in an isolated, encrypted environment dedicated to your company. It isn't shared with other clients' systems.
Role-based access
Access is role-based, so you decide who on your team can see which data. Activity is logged in one place instead of spread across individual employees' chat histories.
Your files and AI models
Your files are not used to train public AI models.
Review before anything goes out
Answers link back to the source document so your team can check them. Quotes and reports can require approval before sending, and items the AI isn't confident about are flagged for review.
Security and compliance status
SOC 2: Kranbos itself is not SOC 2 audited. We build on infrastructure vendors that hold SOC 2 Type II reports.
HIPAA: We don't currently offer a Business Associate Agreement (BAA), so we can't work with protected health information (PHI).
