What if our spreadsheets or files are messy?
That’s normal. During your audit we clean and structure your data, then test the AI on your own past quotes or reports and show you the match rate before go-live. Anything it isn't confident about is flagged for review.
Can we check quotes and reports before they go out?
Yes. Quotes and reports can require approval before sending until you trust the results.
Do we have to replace the software we already use?
No. Kranbos connects to the tools you already use, like HubSpot, Jobber, Excel and Google Workspace.
How long does the setup process take?
Smaller builds are typically built, tested and handed over within 2 to 3 weeks. Larger, multi-workflow projects are scheduled in your proposal.
